Cooks Social is a private holiday home at 900 Purangi Road, just a short walk from Cooks Beach. Designed for families and groups, the property sleeps up to ten guests and offers two booking configurations depending on your group size.
Social Plus is the full-property option, ideal for groups of seven to ten guests. It includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, a swim-jet pool, outdoor spa, covered outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, plus a separate games garage with projector screen and table tennis.
Social Base is suited to smaller groups of up to six guests and includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms (including one ensuite). Guests still enjoy access to the swim-jet pool, spa, games garage, and outdoor entertaining areas.
The swim-jet pool is naturally warmed by the summer sun and is most enjoyed during the warmer months, while the spa offers a relaxing option year-round. The covered outdoor kitchen makes group dining easy in most weather, and the separate games garage gives everyone space to unwind — perfect when some guests want an early night while others keep the fun going.
Parking is available on-site. If your group is arriving in multiple cars, there’s enough space without needing to park on the road.
The property is fully self-contained — kitchen, laundry, linen all included. There’s no on-site manager or host on the property during your stay, so it functions as a private house rather than a hosted experience.
